Has anyone here ever gone for an audition for an entertainment company before? I myself have been to 3. I just came back from one today. This was the scariest one so far, because I had to sing with a microphone in one of the most popular shopping malls in the country. :/ So many people were staring. :o

Yeah! Were you there? ^^
I sang IU's You and I, and I was so nervous I went a little out of tune here and there, and forgot my lyrics a little, but the attention felt great and wonderful. Especially when I spotted members of the audience singing along and when I got cheers at the end. It was really nice. :) On my second try, I felt quite comfortable, although I still had a touch of the nerves.
It was my first time 'performing' solo and it felt great. :)
Hopefully that means I'm born for the stage ^^" :o

Unfortunately no , But my sister went there by coincidence , saw that there was Starhunt2 there and told me.
Then she sms-ed me to ask me to join . *Out of sarcasm*
I was like " I rather join auditions held my companies"
Maybe cause I have a little stage fright . O^O .
So , I've never joined any auditions before. But I wan't to . :) .
Maybe next time I can find you and we can audition together . Hahahaha !

I did once!

Omg I was in front of like four judges and a few contestants that were in line behind me could hear me.... I was super nervous. I forgot my lyrics a little and was shaking so much. My whole body was shaking and then my voice started to shake :( Hated the feeling of stage fright!

Oh? But CJ Entertainment and Media and Cube Entertainment were partners, too! So if you become the winner, you get to sign a contract with Cube, I think, and become a performer. Plus, you get to perform at MAMA 2013. :P
I used to have very bad stage fright, but it's been getting better because I've had a lot of platforms to perform in. :)

Auditioned for SM a few years ago when it came around, and Avex another year.

Stage fright isn't really a problem for me, as I act (professionally now!! woot for dreams coming true <3333) as well as play several instruments, so I'm used to performing ^^

Afer the audition, the Avex people didn't make any comments, just said thanks. The SM people said absolutely nothing about my singing, but they told me I looked pretty. I... had no idea how to respond to that an the whole thing turned really reeaally awkward OTL||And they were all giving me these looks and aahh that was so embarrassing T____T

I've never auditioned before and I don't plan on doing so. I like to sing because it's fun and it makes me happy, but I know I'm not good enough to make a career out of it. ^^

Besides even if I was a better singer, I doubt I would make it in Korea since, last time I checked, there aren't any white kpop stars. xD

but I really hope that someone from here makes it big so I can be all like "I knew you before you were famous! Now introduce me to Oppa!" xDD

Hmm...late reply because I joined here quite late LOL

Anyways, I've been to 2 auditions,I believe. Kpop Star and SM youth star. Sadly,because my heart was jackhammering and I was really nervous, I went too high and my voice cracked.FML

I don't have stage fright, but it's just that...you're really nervous and the judges just staring at you doesn't help either.Also,when I knew that the others were really better than me. For the SM Youth Star auditions, that's the one where I cracked. So um...the nerves lol...that was my first audition.The judge didn't give me any feedback =_=...wow.

For Kpop Star 2, I sang and it was ok I guess.The judge said that I need to stabalize my voice,otherwise it was ok.So basically, that's what I'm working on now...if there are going to be any auditions later, maybe I improved?Hahaha...not so sure.

I did audition tooo~ It was the worst day of my life, made me skip a test day and made me go to a big building more than 3 hours or more from my city and made me wait another 5 hours before getting rejected after one elevator lift. They just made me sing for like 5 seconds and told me to 'Go Back Next year' MEHEHEHE
