If I cautiously think about hitting the notes to a piano (which only causes me to strain): F3-F6.
Just put my vocals to Spica's Painkiller through a tuner plugin: F3 for lowest note (harmonies), F6# for highest (melody).
I'd consider myself a mezzo though since that range is where I'm most comfortable.

The middle of your range is Mezzo-Soprano, and so should be the strongest :)

Thanks for the great video that tells us our ranges! I see a lot of you have such wide vocal ranges, especially those who can sing almost 3 octaves! Jealous... My range is C3-G5, comfort zone maybe D3-D5...really lame. I chose contralto. Hope that's right!!

I need to practice a bit more to be able to hit F5, then I can sing the whole range of Alto ~ LOL, but so jealous of you guys who can hit low and really high notes ~.~

is falsetto included in the "comfy zone?"
if not, then i'm comfy with F3-A4 if falsetto is included, i'm comfy with F3-G5 SO I'M A CONTRALTO? if the "strained zone" is included, i can do C3-B5
LOL...at first, i was like..i'm not sure if i sing the right note. thankfully, there's this "piano perfect" app on my tab so i sang with it. :D

Falsetto is a false voice when your vocal chords don't vibrate, so... whether it would count or not is debatable. We want to look at natural range.
Rule of thumb for finding your natural range: If you have to strain, or you can't hit a note without relying on vibrato (all notes in your range should be singable with and without vibrato and vibrato should be a voluntary approach to a note), it's not in your natural range. Singing should never cause straining.
You're a contralto. ^^

Based on range alone, Soprano, but whether you're Soprano or not really depends on if you're comfortable singing in your high range and whether that high range is powerful and has the most pitch control compared to your mid and low range.

Considering your vocal weight and the way you approach your higher notes (they feel pulled back instead of dead on), I'd class you as a mezzo.
