Haha Jesse meant to read HER rules, which was because you left something out of your post ^___^
You get credits back when everyone in the cast hands in their lines, which explains why you haven't gotten yours back yet (this way it's more organized :) )
If you want to join this, it's no problem :) You can go in to -1 credit, since you've handed in YOUR lines. ^^
